SMS Messaging Terms
1. Program description. This messaging program sends non-marketing text messages from AT STELLAR LLC DBA CallFlow to people who have contacted us through our website at https://getstellarllc.com and explicitly opted in to receive text messages by checking the optional box on our contact form. Messages are about your request and your appointment: confirmation of your request, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling updates, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
2. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number that sent you messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, check the box on our contact form as you did the first time.
3. Support. If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us at mail@getatstellar.com or (973) 418-3063.
4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies with your request and your appointment. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported carriers. Our text messages work with the major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and with most regional carriers.
7. Age. You must be 18 years or older to take part in our SMS program.
8. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect and how we protect it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We comply with the laws that apply to text messages, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and follow the CTIA messaging guidelines.
General Terms
Using this website
This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by AT STELLAR LLC DBA CallFlow (“we” or “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. Please use the Site lawfully, and do not try to disrupt it, overload it, or gain access to any part of it that is not public.
Our services
The Site describes our service for HVAC companies: answering their calls on their own phone lines (screening calls, booking appointments, passing calls to their team, and recording and transcribing the calls it handles) and designing, building and hosting their websites. The service is provided under a separate written agreement signed with each client, which sets out what we do and what it costs. The Site itself sells nothing and takes no payments.
No promise of results
We do not promise any particular result from our work, and call-answering software can mishear a caller or route a call the wrong way. Apart from what a client’s signed agreement says, the Site and its information are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content belong to us. You may view and print its pages for your own use, but you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.
Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
